William Ismael is a visual and musical artist born in the South of France.
He was raised in Paris,Toulon, Milan, New York, and Los Angeles.
In the 1980’s, in New York City, at 11 years old, he became a Hip Hop Deejay.
At 13, he deejayed in Prince’s club Vertigo downtown Los Angeles.
He started writing songs at that age.
At 18, he moves back to Los Angeles to do music after being in Paris at a bilangual High School.
Since the mid-nineties, he has been recording with talented artists, including Chris Clarke (son of Stanley Clarke) and the singing group Brutha (Def Jam 2009).
He modeled for Q Model Management in Los Angeles and appeared in magazines: Vogue, Teen People Magazine, Blaze Magazine, and others.
In 2002, he gets an Associate of Arts degree in International Business from Santa Monica College.
He discovers design while creating his first website for his music.
Visual Arts then become a new way for William Ismael to express his self.
He then studied at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena California and got a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic / Motion Design with Honors in the spring of 2007.
Out of school he worked for Kyle Cooper at Prologue Films.
He then moved to New York to work for his biggest inspiration: Joshua Davis.
In 2007, he is a finalist in the Adobe Design Achievement Awards.
He created a motion broadcast project for MTV Europe Berlin, as well as a project for the United Nations.
He is now back in Paris since August 2008 and did projects for UNESCO, Publicis, WAD Magazine, and TBWA\G1 (Nissan Project).

William Ismael est un concepteur graphique et un musicien.
Né à Toulon, il grandit entre Paris, Milan, New York, et Los Angeles.
Dans les années 80, à New York, à l’âge de 11 ans, il devient DJ Hip Hop à New York.
A 13 ans, il prend la place de DJ au Vertigo, la boîte de Prince à Los Angeles.
Il écrit alors ses premières rimes en Anglais.
Pour s’immerger dans sa culture (le Hip Hop), il s’installe à Los Angeles à l’âge de 18 ans.
Pendant 13 ans il fréquente de nombreux artistes, et enregistre plusieurs titres avec l’artiste Hip Hop Chris Clarke (fils de Stanley Clarke) et le groupe R&B Brutha (album Def Jam 2009).
Il devient mannequin pour Q Model Management à Los Angeles et apparaît dans des magazines: Vogue, Teen People Magazine, et Blaze Magazine.
En 2002, il est diplômé de l’Associate of Arts (Business International – Santa Monica College).
Il découvre le design en créant son premier site web pour sa musique en 2002.
Le graphisme s’impose à lui comme une nouvelle façon de s’exprimer.
Il obtient un diplôme (3 ans d’études) des beaux-arts au Art Center College of Design (Pasadena – Californie).
La semaine d’après il commence à travailler pour Kyle Cooper > Prologue Films.
Il enchaîne les projets de design à New York pendant 1 an, en tant qu’assistant de sa plus grande inspiration: Joshua Davis.
En 2007, il est primé aux Adobe Design Achievement Awards.
Il crée des projets pour MTV Europe et les Nations-Unies.
De retour à Paris en Août 2008, il installe son studio de création et entame projets personnels et professionnels (UNESCO, Publicis, Magazine WAD, TBWA\G1 (Projet Nissan)).
Le magazine de graphisme Américain STEP Inside Design le nomme Talent Emergent 2009.
